The location of the shoot, proposed date and a brief containing background information on what you require from our services, we are a commercial inspection aerial data acquisition service provider and not for marketing or website product content.

Site Survey:

Once we have the property address, we will do remote analysis based online site survey to see if the shoot is possible and if there are any other factors, flight restrictions or permissions that need to be considered.

Each job is unique with a mixture of external influences that can affect our deliverables, when and where we can fly however, we plan ahead to decrease possible disruptions.

UAV operations can be affected by weather, wind, moisture, humidity and sand

Thermal data:

All thermal analysis will be qualitative in nature and completed from the exterior of the building. While the purpose of this inspection is to identify any thermal anomalies, we cannot be held liable for anomalies that did not appear in our images and subsequent reports.

Booking & Deposit:

Dronegrafix will send you a quote with a detailed brief of the proposal, provisional date and costs and requires a 25% deposit.

Weather:

We monitor the weather forecast 5 days in advance of any project, if weather conditions deteriorate we will discuss with the client 48 hours prior to the job and reschedule to the next suitable date at no additional cost and the booking deposit is transferred to the new date with the exception of all travel related transportation change fees.

If the job cannot be rescheduled due to factors out of our control (live events, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), client availability), Dronegrafix does not offer a refund of the initial deposit.

If we both decide to stay with the original date and we have bad weather, our pilots will wait on site as long as possible in the hope of a break in the weather.

If we arrive on site and are unable to shoot on the day we will charge in full, however we offer clients a 25% discount off the price of the second shoot on the follow-up date.
